Refund policy

Miami Auto Lab LLC provides mobile detailing services and memberships. Because we reserve time and travel for scheduled appointments, completed services are generally non-refundable.

If you have a concern with the quality of a service, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment completion and include photos when possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues related to the service performed.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to our cancellation policy (see Purchase Options Cancellation Policy). If we arrive and cannot service the vehicle due to access, incorrect address, restricted access, safety, or vehicle readiness, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show and may be forfeited and/or a fee may apply.

Membership charges are billed automatically according to your selected plan and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible.

Weather & Deposits
Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable, including in cases where weather conditions prevent service from being completed as scheduled (for example: heavy rain, lightning, storms, or unsafe working conditions). If weather impacts your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service or find an alternative solution that works for both parties.

Same-day weather reschedule
If weather changes occur close to the appointment time, we may need to adjust the schedule for safety and service quality. We will communicate as early as possible and prioritize the next available appointment.
