Política de cancelación

Miami Auto Lab memberships are subscription-based and renew automatically until cancelled.

How to cancel: You may cancel at any time through your customer account/portal (if available) or by contacting us for assistance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during cancellation.

No refunds for current billing period: Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Paused or skipped orders: If pausing or skipping is available, changes apply to future billing dates and do not refund previously paid periods.

Vehicle tier changes: Membership pricing is based on the selected vehicle size category. If your vehicle changes, you must update your plan to the correct tier.

Appointments: Membership services are scheduled separately through our booking system. Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in a forfeited visit and/or fees.
